2. Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 8–12 business days.

International orders: delivery times vary depending on the destination and local courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, holidays and high shipping volumes may affect delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch where available. Please allow time for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges determined by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges. MIRIAM JERUSALEM is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. MIRIAM JERUSALEM is not responsible for courier delays, packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, or delays caused by customs or external circumstances. Please contact us if you experience a delivery issue and we will assist you.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after payment. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing has started. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change.
